Booking Classes:

Due to limited class sizes, all classes need to be pre-booked and pre-paid, either via the SOHL Studio website or SOHL Studio App.

Online bookings open up 14 days prior to class. If you need to cancel, please refer to our cancelation policy below.

SOHL Studio Pilates & Movement T&Cs:

SOHL Studio have created a variety of different memberships & passes to help enable you to transform your body & mind, while offering you the most cost effect way to practice pilates.

Intro Passes:

SOHL Studio Intro pass is valid for 14 days only from your first class. * Limited to 1 session per day. You have access to all small group reformer sessions.

Intro passes are valid for 3 months from purchase.

Intro passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no suspensions or extensions on Intro passes.

1 Intro pass per client only. Available only to new students.

Class Packs:

5 class pack – Valid for 3 months

10 class passes – valid for 6 months

20 class pack – valid for 10 months

(No extensions, refunds or transfers. Promo offers will have a shorter expiry and at the discretion of SOHL Studio.)

Recurring 10 & 20 packs: You’ll receive notice via email your pack is running out.

Reformer Pilates Policy:

  • No injuries and no pregnancy (after 2nd trimester) for group reformer sessions. If you are injured or pregnant you will need to do an initial consultation. Please contact us directly.
  • If you pre-book a Pilates reformer class and fail to attend for any reason, you will automatically forfeit your class or be charged a $15.00 if on a Membership. This includes if you are on the waitlist and confirmed for class.
  • Due to our small class sizes, we have a strict 6 hours prior cancellation period. We understand unforeseen events happen, however, if you fail to cancel within this time you will be charged the no show/late cancellation fee above, or lose a class from your pass.
  • SOHL Studio is an inclusive environment and will not tolerate any discriminatory or antisocial behaviour.

If you are waitlisted and a spot becomes available, you will receive a text and/or email confirming your spot in the class. Please make sure to confirm your spot or unbook via your account.

  • It is your responsibility to cancel via the SOHL Studio app. We won’t be accepting calls, emails or text messages to cancel.
  • Due to class sizes, all reformer classes are to be pre-paid and pre-booked online.

Cancelling your session:

You can cancel your group pilates reformer/yoga class up to 6 hours prior to the class commencing. It is the clients responsibility to cancel their class out of the SOHL Studio app. Failure to cancel before 6 hours and no show, for any reason will in-cure a $15 fee (membership) or forfeit of class.

Semi private and private session require 24 hours notice or full cost of the session will be charged.

It is the clients responsibility to cancel their session. Please use the SOHL Studio App to cancel. Text messages, phone calls or emails won’t be accepted.

Waitlist:

If you are waitlisted and a spot becomes available, you will receive a text and/or email confirming your spot in the class. Please make sure to confirm your spot or decline by unbooking via your account or text. If you are on the waitlist and then have been added to class, if you fail to show for class or un-book yourself, you will be charged a fee.

Membership Suspensions:

The minimum period for membership suspension is 2 weeks and maximum 3 months no charge, a. Membership can be suspended in 14 day increments. 1 weeks written notice is required prior to suspension to hello@sholstudio.com.au

If you suspend your membership during the initial commitment period, the period in which your membership is suspended will not be calculated as part of your contract. You payments will automatically startup again once your suspension is complete. It is the clients responsibility to advise SOHL whether you would like an extension on your suspension. Refunds will not be given when failing to provide SOHL Studio with the correct notice.

Suspensions can be placed anytime during your billing cycle. Once your suspension time is complete, your membership will automatically reactivate.

Membership upgrade:

You can upgrade your membership at any time, however once on the upgraded membership you must fulfil the 3 month minimum fortnightly payments. Once fulfilled you can downgrade or cancel. Cancelations before this will incur a $200 cancelation fee.

Memberships will not automatically be suspended due to non attendance.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED WHEN FAILING TO PROVIDE SOHL Studio WITH THE CORRECT NOTICE, this applies for both cancellations and membership suspensions.

Membership Cancelations & Auto Renewals:

Contract is in force for the months from the Contract Start Date, with automatic renewal at the end of the initial 8 payments. If you wish to cancel within the minimum 3 month payment contract period, a $200 cancellation fee will incur.

All cancellations require 14 days written notice to hello@sohlstudio.com.au. One final direct debit payment will come out to cancel once we receive your final written notice.

Direct debit payments will be deducted fortnightly from your nominated bank account or credit card via our third party Stripe.
Memberships will not be canceled for non attendance. Refunds will not be given for non attendance.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED WHEN FAILING TO PROVIDE SOHL STUDIO WITH THE CORRECT NOTICE, this applies for both cancellations and membership suspensions.

IMPORTANTYour direct debit commitments WILL AUTO RENEW once your contact term is completed. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to provide cancelation notice of membership at least 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE END DATE, should you not wish to continue.

Memberships are non transferable. Pricing increase. Memberships will increase 2.5% each July. Membership is at the discretion of SOHL.

All cancellations are to be done in writing to hello@sohlstudio.com.au. If membership is cancelled within the contract period a $200 early cancellation fee will be charged.
