Pilates Instructor

My pilates journey started early through my dance background, where I found appreciation in the ability to strengthen and condition the mind and body. I decided to undertake further training to complete my teaching qualification, which has allowed me to share my passion with the community. While I enjoy practicing a variety of movement, I am a strong advocate for the many benefits of pilates for all ages, including strength, mobility, balance, injury prevention and rehabilitation, and mental health. Alongside pilates instructing, I am currently studying to become a Clinical Psychologist.

As an instructor, I am eager to support others in achieving their lifestyle goals and hope to foster an environment where movement is fun, dynamic, safe and intentional. I feel grateful for the opportunity to educate and provide a welcoming space for people at all stages of their fitness journey.
