Pilates Instructor
I started Pilates as a new movement method and absolutely fell in love with it. I love the way it makes my body feel and look. It is my favourite movement method to practice and I feel so strong as I practice and will always feel better after. I love the way it can challenge my body yet also making me feel more aligned. I’m so blessed that I get to teach other Pilates for a job.
In my classes people can expect lots of layers, layers and more layers. I love the way you can introduce a base movement and give the option to keep advancing it so everyone feels strong and their is a challenge for everyone but you can always dial it back. You can expect lots of lame Pilates jokes and probably see me counting on my fingers.
I have done my certification through Barre Body based in Byron Bay. I am currently studying my Pilates diploma through breathe education and am so excited to start implementing it into my teaching through rehab.
