Pilates Instructor

My approach to Pilates practice is centred around movement that serves a purpose for both your physical and mental well being. Through studying a degree in Science, I gained insight into the importance of tailoring nutrition, movement and recovery for each individual to optimise your health.

My passion for Pilates blossomed fairly quickly and it wasn’t long until I decided to get my teaching qualification. Since starting my Pilates journey I have learned how to challenge my body with a goal to improve strength and flexibility, in the studio and out! I enjoy practicing a range of physical exercises and have noticed the benefits of Pilates across the board from running through to cross training. My personal favourite classes are those with a little extra cardio and strength for a full body burn.

Teaching brings me so much joy and I adore being able to share my love for Pilates in order to help clients achieve their goals. When you come to one of my classes, expect to be worked to the core, literally! I’m a strong believer in building your core strength up to assist with finding a stable and strong foundation.
