Small group reformer sessions are suitable for 1st trimester of pregnancy only. After 1st trimester please contact hello@sohlstudio.com.au to discuss semi private safe options. Group sessions are injury free.

SOHL Foundations

Set and refine the foundations of your pilates practice. Strengthen and tone through slow and controlled movements, focus is on alignment and form.

Don’t worry, you’ll still be challenged via a full body workout. Slower paced and ideal for beginners.

For newbies, we recommend attending 4-10 foundations sessions, before joining flow.

SOHL Flow

Our signature style sessions. We blend the essential core-strengthening, lengthening, and fluid movements you enjoy from traditional Pilates with a perfect mix of intensity, creativity, and a challenge to push your limits in this full-body sculpting class.

Get set for faster-paced, heart pumping workout that delivers an incredible total body fusion to challenge you mentally and physically. Utilising cardio elements and jump boards. Our Hiit style sessions are high intensity, but low impact.

For those 55+ who are fabulous and want to feel even better.

Our Reformer Pilates sessions are designed specifically for you, building strength, improving balance and mobility, and enhancing posture. Say goodbye to aches and pains as you discover the joy of movement again.

SOHL Recovery

All levels reformer / mobility / stretch session.

Increasing circulation in the joints and creating greater range of movement and flexibility. Sohl Recovery is the perfect way to unwind and take things a little slower. Whether you’ve been living a busy lifestyle, stuck at your desk all day, or exhorted your body through physical activity, recovery relieves the daily tension. A transformative practice for those who need to stretch-out and unwind. Recovery utilises mobility stretches, yin style yoga poses, also incorporating the use of rubber balls or blocks to provide you with a delicious self massage allowing you to get deep into your connective tissues.

Ideal recovery for all ages.

These sessions are ideal for those who are after one on one attention, working through rehabing from an injury or targeted sports and dance performance training, pre and post natal as well as personalised fitness training. Semi private sessions are a maximum 1:4 in a session. Sessions are 55mins.

Utilising unique pieces of equipment; Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair and Barrels that enables you to target areas of your body with precision, by using resistance, controlled and specific movements. Enabling a smarter and more efficient overall body workout. Ideal for beginners to professional athletes.
