Semi-Private & Clinical Pilates
For clients recovering from injury, managing pre or postnatal movement, or training for athletic performance, our semi-private sessions (maximum 4 clients, 55 minutes) use the full equipment studio — Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair, and Barrels.
New semi-private clients begin with a 1:1 assessment so your instructor can build a programme around your body, your goals, and any conditions that need consideration. This is clinical Pilates delivered by comprehensively trained instructors.
